If you received an invitation to contribute to a Cyber Essentials assessment and would like your personal data removed, complete this form.

We will anonymise your personal data across all assessments where your email appears. Your name and email will be replaced with anonymous identifiers.

Your request will be reviewed by our Data Protection Officer and processed within 30 days.
